CONSULTATION
In a free 20-minute consultation, you can share exactly what you're looking for.
FIND YOUR PROPERTY
We will search for properties on your behalf, manage communication with agents, and arrange viewings.
RESERVE PROPERTY
Once you've found your property, your agent will submit a written offer. If accepted, a reservation deposit will secure the property while the lawyers conduct all necessary legal checks.
COMPLETION
The final stage involves signing the Contrato de Arras and completing the last checks at the Notary.
